The TMWIHC Patient Portal is for established patients only. If you would like to establish care with Tuolumne Me-Wuk Indian Health Center and become a new patient, please complete our new patient paperwork (click here) and deliver/mail your completed documents to either our Sonora or Tuolumne Primary Care Office. Once you have completed your new patient appointment, you can request access to the TMWIHC Patient Portal.
The TMWIHC Patient Portal allows you to connect with your information quickly and easily. Keeping track of your appointments and your health is essential. Currently, the patient portal will:
- Show upcoming appointments.
- Show current prescriptions.
- Provide various patient education.
Each patient must register with a unique email address. If you’re signing up your child, the parent’s or guardian’s email address cannot already be used to create a separate portal account. Parents and guardians can instead add their children to their existing patient portal account.
