The Tuolumne Me-Wuk Indian Health Center Health Board is dedicated to supporting the health, wellness, and quality of care for our patients and community. Through their leadership and oversight, the Board helps guide the organization in fulfilling its mission and vision while ensuring accountability in all financial, ethical, and legal matters.

The Health Board operates in accordance with the California Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law, the organization’s Articles of Incorporation, and all applicable laws and regulations.

The Board is composed of eight Community Council representatives. Each position is filled through a Community Council election, ensuring community voices remain at the center of our governance and decision-making process.
